As a legal service provider, NMILC has witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of federal funding cuts and escalating attacks on immigrant rights. Families are more vulnerable than ever — and our work is more critical than ever. Our work is grounded in the belief that all individuals, regardless of immigration status, deserve justice, dignity, and a life free from fear.

NMILC provides free legal services for immigrants, from deportation defense to citizenship pathways, DACA, work permits, and asylum representation. We also advocate for policies rooted in justice and educate newcomers about their rights.
